1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern (a) the internal software tools and automation features operated by Website Builders America (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including our TikTok posting integration, and (b) our customer-facing SMS text messaging program described in Section 4 below. By accessing or using our internal tools, or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Not a Public Service
Our internal automation tools (such as the TikTok posting integration described in Section 3) are not a consumer product and are not available for signup, registration, or use by the general public. They exist solely to allow Website Builders America to publish pre-approved marketing videos to our own TikTok account. This restriction does not apply to our SMS program, which is offered to customers and prospective customers as described in Section 4.
Regarding our internal tools, we do not:
- provide account access to other users;
- allow third-party posting;
- sell or license this software; or
- offer this as a commercial platform or service.
3. Description of Functionality
This application enables Website Builders America to upload and store pre-recorded video files, generate captions and marketing text, and publish videos to our verified TikTok account using the TikTok Content Posting API. No other features are provided.
4. SMS Text Messaging Program
Website Builders America offers SMS text messaging so customers and prospective customers can reach us with questions about our services, pricing, and scheduling. By texting our business number or otherwise providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry, quotes, appointment scheduling, and customer support.
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can request help by replying HELP.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle SMS data.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported.
5. Data Usage (TikTok Integration)
We do not collect, store, share, or process any personal data from TikTok users or the public through our TikTok posting integration.
The only data accessed through TikTok’s API is authentication tokens for our own TikTok account and publishing status of our own posts.
We do not access follower information, analytics data, profile data of other users, or any personal information. For details on how TikTok handles data, please refer to the TikTok Privacy Policy.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect authentication credentials used solely for our own account. Access tokens are stored securely and are not shared with any third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published through our TikTok integration—including videos, captions, graphics, and branding—remains the exclusive property of Website Builders America. TikTok’s trademarks and platform rights belong to TikTok.
8. Limitations of Use
Regarding our internal automation tools, you may not:
- attempt to access this application if you are not authorized;
- reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute this software;
- use it to interact with other TikTok accounts; or
- use it to violate TikTok’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Any unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our internal tools or SMS program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
